Sharing Reminders in Mountain Lion

Apple brings iOS inspired reminders in the latest version on OSX (Mountain Lion), and with iCloud, you can sync your reminders across your Macs, and iOS device. What if you want to share reminders to other user? Unlike the Calendar App, Reminders don’t have sharing option within the app. However, theres a way to share or broadcast your reminders to anyone. Follow the steps below.

1. Login to

   iCloud.com using your iTunes/iCloud account.

2. Open the Calendar App.
3. On the left pane below your list of Calendars theres your Reminders list.
4. Select the reminder you want to share by clicking the share button.
5. Enter the email address/iCloud account of the person you want to share your reminders with. You can enter as many as you want.
6. Choose which whether you want that person to “view & edit” or just “view”, then click share.

Compared to

Calendar events you cannot share reminders to public, although you can share to as many person as you want .
