Apple Releases iPhone Firmware 2.0.2
Apple updated the iPhone Firmware to 2.0.2, two weeks after the release of Firmware2.0.1. The Firmware is suppose to fix some bugs from the previous bugs that started from Firmware 2.0. There have been many bugs with the 2.0 firmware while the 2.0.1 update may have improved some performance some of the bugs and issues still persisted.
Apple described the contents of the update as “bug fixes” nothing in particular about the issue on 3G connectivity. Steve Jobs made a promise that they will address the issue “soon” and will release a software update for it rather than a hardware recall, so does that mean that this update is not yet the answer to these 3G issues?
You can grab your updates on iTunes but be careful on grabbing those updates, you might not want to update right away and wait for reviews from from other users.
