Apple silently redesigned the Apple IR Remote Control
Apple’s redesign madness did not end with the Magic Mouse, Apple also upgrades it’s Infrared Remote Control.
The Apple Remote now got a new look, it’s a lot thinner making it look like a flattened iPod shuffle. The circular button and the dedicated menu and play/pause button is now coloured black. The Play/pause button is now located below the main control buttons.
This IR remote enables you to control your Mac, iPod or even the iPhone (might require additional accessories) and is available now for $19 at the apple store.
