Regen ReNu Solar Charger System is Greener than Green
If you’re a nature advocate or just a cheap-sake who wants to save on electricity the ReNu Solar charger is meant for you. ReNu by Regen claims to charge your iPhone or iPod touch roughly the same time as when plugged in a wall outlet.
The ReNu UI provides information on power generation habits making you full aware of energy cnsumption. It is also designed to work with other device, and regen also build several components which you can buy separately such as an iPod Dock, Audio Dock and Side Light and all can be powered by ReNu.
The ReNu Solar Charger and power Storage costs $199 US, while the iPod Dock costs $89 US, $150 for the Audio Dock and $90 US for the side ligh. There’s a ReNu + iPod Dock package which costs $250 US, now who says being green is being a cheap-sake Let’s hope this product is tough enough to last several years so we can feel it’s cost effectiveness.
