TH-WR700: TDK’s “Kleer” Wireless iPhone Headphones
Yep this headphones from TDK uses Kleer technology, and I didn’t misspelled it, kleer technology should provide CLEAR wireless music than your iPhones built-in bluetooth.
Kleer’s patented sub-sampling radio architecture combines lossless audio transmission, low-power consumption, low latency, and best-in-class ISM band co-existence to provide far superior audio quality with up to 10 times the battery life of a comparable Bluetooth solution. You can read the White Paper here. But you have to fill out forms just to do that.
The TH-WR700 have a folding headphone and comes with a transmitter that should be plugged into your iPhone or iPod’s headphone jack, which will make your iPhone a bit bigger and dorkier (they should have made it a more smaller).
The TDK TH-WR700 comes in black headband, ear-cups with grey cup covers and pivoting headband joint. The design is simple and this wireless headphones features 32Ω impedance, 20Hz–20kHz frequency response, and 108 dB/mW sensitivity.
This wireless headphones will be available on March 1 at $190 US but will only be available in Japan.
