Apple’s App Store Reaches Out to 13 Countries More

Good news to iPhone Application Developers, you can now conquer more territories, that’s 13 countries more to sell all your useful and some useless Apps. iPhone users in these new App Store territories should rejoice!, If you live in Armenia, Botswana, Bulgaria, Jordan, Kenya, Macedonia, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Niger, Senegal, Tunisia, or Uganda, you now download the most expensive iPhone App or choose among the million apps available. Need to create a house out of dung? There’s an App for that!

If you’re a Developer you need select the “sell in new territories” option on your App or go to iTunes Connect and manually adjust it there.

If  you’re on the consumer side, you just need a credit card, fill out the form and you’re good to go. What if you don’t want to buy Apps and just want to download the “Free Apps”, now worries! You can still get an account without a credit card, or gift card, follow these simple steps. And one more thing! don’t get so excited and go to the iTunes music store – You may now download Apps on the App Store but this doesnt mean that you can buy and download songs or movies on the iTunes Store.

You will have credits, and it will be consumed every-time you buy an app, not all at once.. hope that helps..
