Flutter iPhone App for Sending MMS
Another thing that can be disappointing about the iPhone is that it lacks built-in support for Multimedia Messaging Service. Lets just say you snap a photo with the iPhone’s built-in camera and you want to text it to some of your contacts. You can’t do that with the iPhone, not without the help of Flutter anyways.
Flutter is an application from JuiceCaster that lets iPhone users to send multimedia and text messages to multiple users in their contacts. Anothr feature of Flutter is that it can geo-tag any picture they send, taking advantage of the GPS functionality built into the latest iPhones. When you tag a photo with your location, Flutter adds a link to the message that lets recipients see where you are on the built-in Maps application.
Flutter is a free service and while the App Store only list iPhone compatible Apps, Juicecater said that Flutter is also compatible with the iPod Touch, though obviously only with images from the Photo library since the iPod Touch doesn’t have a built-in camera.
Sending MMs will never be a problem with the iPhone. Let’s just hope that developers doesn’t stop bringing us some useful Apps, now that they are having some issues with Apple.
