Bar Refaeli, Victoria’s Secret Supermodel was Busted for Bringing an iPad
Israeli Victoria’s Secret Supermodel Bar Rafaeli was caught at Tel Aviv International Airport for taking home an iPad. Although the iPad ban was lifted, the Israeli government requires that items bought into the country costing more than $200 should be subjected to duties.
Refaeli told Israel’s Channel 10 TV that she had an iPad in a suitcase that was lost in transit. She said she didn’t declare the iPad upon entrance to Israel for a brief commercial appearance.
The Supermodel got her iPad back but she had to pay $170 in Israeli currency in taxes and other fines.
