iPhone/iPad Hardware Repair Price Guide

Now that iPads and iPhones are officially available in the Philippines, users who are having problem with their device can have their gadget checked by an Authorized Apple Service Center except for unlocked iPhones since Apple is currently offering iPhone units only through Globe and Smart. Unlocked phones are considered grey market phones, and can only be serviced from the country which they are originally released. Although, I’ve heard about some iPhone owners was able to get their units serviced in Hong Kong even though they’re bought in Singapore. Perhaps this is due to the fact that both countries are selling unlocked iPhones or they are linked to a single distributor. So if you’re iPhone is unlocked, and you cant travel to the place where it was originally released, your best option is to have it repaired with a non-authorized repair specialist. You’ll be glad to know that there are lots of stall in Green Hills that offer repairs, just walk through the stalls above Theater Mall.

Ever since I posted this list of authorized Apple Service Centers I’ve been getting a lot of inquiries regarding hardware repair/replacement cost. Well good news! A friend of mine was able to have her iPhone fixed and get a price list.  Check out the updated iPhone Hardware Repair Price listed below.

I accidentally hit my iPad & the screen cracked. It is still working though. Can you suggest a respectable repair shop in makati or greenhills? Also, would you have an updated price list similar to the above? Thanks.
