The Jailbreak unlocks it and enables tons of capabilities to your iPhone, you can install games, and add new features to your iPhone even make it as a remote touch pad for your computer.

The 1st Jailbreak method i known was using the site www.jailbreakme.com - only works with 1.1.1 firmware iphone, this jailbreak uses a Safari exploit to run Apptap to install “Installer”. Installer is like a repository of Apps you can put to your iphone, you can install, update and uninstall Apps with it’s intuitive interface, once you have installer you can run “Anysim” to unlock your phone.
